About Bhandge Group

Established 1980. A diversified enterprise built on trust, discipline, and four decades of consistent execution across Maharashtra’s most demanding markets.

Bhandge Group is a diversified business enterprise established in 1980, with a multi-sector presence built over four decades of consistent execution and enduring stakeholder relationships.

What began as a single enterprise has grown, over successive market cycles, into a group with active interests across real estate, corporate and industrial land aggregation, rental infrastructure, premium ethnic fashion, and global trade. Each vertical has been developed deliberately, in step with the Group’s operational strength and capital discipline.

The Group maintains a strong presence across Maharashtra, with particular depth in the Mumbai, Pune, and Nashik regions. Operating within dynamic, multi-stakeholder environments across these markets has both required and shaped a combination of local insight, regulatory fluency, and disciplined execution that few enterprises of comparable scale possess.

Over the years, Bhandge Group has been party to a wide range of land transactions and asset-led opportunities, including participation in large-format, multi-party deal environments. This experience has built a level of practical expertise in navigating complex transaction structures that continues to define the Group’s approach today.

The Group’s ability to operate within fragmented ownership structures, manage regulatory processes, and execute multi-party transactions has become one of its defining strengths, developed through repeat transactions and long-term associations rather than isolated deals.

While rooted in traditional business values, Bhandge Group continues to move toward a more structured, institutionally aligned framework built around governance, scalability, and long-term value creation.

“Positioned at the intersection of land, infrastructure, and execution,
the Group operates today with clear strategic direction
across each of its business lines.”
